Truth Be Told - About Getting Back Your Old life

As a mom of a two-year-old, I'm still figuring out the challenges of motherhood. One of the toughest hurdles I've faced is getting back to my regular work life after pregnancy. The weight gain, sleep deprivation, and newfound responsibilities can be overwhelming.

I've been trying to read "Mini Habits" by Stephen Guise (yes, the irony isn't lost on me!), but let's be real - finding time to read, sleep, or even pee alone is a luxury I can only dream of right now!

Despite the chaos, I'm determined to regain my footing. Here's how I'm slowly getting back on track:

- Embracing flexibility: I've learned to adapt to my new role and prioritize tasks accordingly.

- Setting realistic goals: I'm focusing on small, achievable milestones, like getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight.

- Seeking support: My loved ones and fellow mom friends have been a lifeline, offering encouragement and advice.

- Finding my rhythm: I'm slowly finding a balance between work, motherhood, and self-care.

If you're a fellow mom struggling to get back to work after pregnancy, know that you're not alone. Let's support each other in this journey!

P.S. If you need me, I'll be the one with the baby on my hip, trying to sneak in a few pages of "Mini Habits" during naptime!
